Sac’s Place, a beloved Italian restaurant in Astoria, Queens, is run by brothers Domenico and Anthony Sacramone. Domenico, the chef, brings to life family recipes passed down from their mother, Maddalena, known for her culinary talent in their hometown of Orsogna, Italy. Anthony left a career in finance to follow his passion for food and now co-manages the restaurant with Domenico. Since opening in 1989, Sac’s Place has served the community with authentic Italian cuisine and a warm, family-driven atmosphere.
